Our staff has successfully represented pilots, mechanics, flight schools, air carrier certificate holders, corporate flight departments, repair stations, freight forwarders, Air Traffic Control Specialists (ATCS) and others in FAA and DOT enforcement proceedings.
In fact, over the past 24 months alone, our legal staff has represented pilots, mechanics, and air carriers regarding nine (9) Emergency Orders issued by the FAA. In all cases but one, Gregory S. Winton, Esq. has successfully defended our clients before the NTSB Administrative Law Judge(s) resulting in reversal of 8 out of 9 Emergency Orders.
